Memory

What Meok knows about you, and how to change it.

  1. What Memory is

Everything Meok knows about your business lives here. What you change shapes the posts written from then on; posts already written stay as they are.

  2. Fix the profile

Click a line to edit it: the category, your customers (one per line) and your pillars, the themes you post about. Press Save and the next posts use it.

  3. Set the voice

Pick a register (Haeyo, Hamnida or Banmal: the speech level of Korean posts) and list a few traits, like warm or plain. A post is written in one register and never mixes them.

  4. Rules Meok remembers

When you improve a post with AI and mention something lasting (like “leave out prices”), it can land here as a rule, up to 30 of them. Every new post follows them. Press the ✕ next to a rule to drop it.

  5. Write instructions

The Instructions box takes anything you want in every post: a tone, a phrase to avoid, this month's offer. It saves by itself. Prices, hours and offers you type here count as confirmed facts, so posts may use them.

If a post should mention a price, write it here first. Meok does not use a number that is not in your facts.
  6. Photos and files

Add photos, PDFs (a menu, a price list) and short videos: photos and PDFs up to 10 MB, videos up to 14 MB, and up to 40 uploaded files in all. Each photo gets a number and a one-line description. Don't use keeps a photo out of posts and Use again brings it back. Facts read from a PDF or video may be used in posts.

  7. Posting settings

Open the Posting settings card on the Memory page. Posting goals sets how many posts a week and on which channels; What your posts are for sets the goals and the link posts point to; How posts sound changes the tone, emoji and register; Your customers holds the country and the town, and Products lists what you sell in your own words. Tone and products apply to posts written or refined from now on, goals and the link to new posts, and posts already written stay as they are. Last run shows when the plan was made and how many posts were written. Nothing changes until you press Save, and leaving with unsaved changes asks first. Auto-posting is not open yet, and approval always stays yours.
