Edit, approve and publish

The review flow, and how posting works today.

  1. Choose where to review

Review one post at a time in Choose, or scan the whole month in Write. Both offer the same actions, so use whichever feels easier.

  2. Approve or reject

Approving keeps the post on its planned day. Rejecting takes it out of the pile and lets you say why. Any decision can be undone, so a rejected post can come back.

  3. Edit the words

Change the caption yourself with Edit, or ask in words: shorter, warmer, one emoji, a question at the end. Meok checks what you changed again.

  4. Change the picture

Ask for a different picture in words, or on a photo post use the chips on the card (warmer, brighter, no people). A new picture uses one of your 20 images a month. To use your own photo, add it in Memory.

  5. What is checked

Every post is checked for its channel's length and hashtag limits, for stock openers and empty hype, and for numbers, prices and dates that are not in your facts. A post with an unverified claim is held until you fix it.

The check helps, but it is not a promise. Read the post once before you use it.
  6. Set the day

Drag the post to another day in the Calendar, or use Change date inside the post. Each channel holds one post a day, and past days are blocked.

  7. Publish, by hand for now

Meok never posts by itself. Approved posts wait on their day in the Calendar. When the day comes, open the post and press Post, and it goes straight to your connected TikTok, YouTube or Instagram. For other channels, copy its words and post it yourself. Nothing goes up on its own at the planned time.

When Canvas opens, Export will download the image and copy the caption.
