Privacy
What Meok does
Meok is run by studio4any. It reads your shop from a link or photos and writes social posts, and it only takes the information it needs. This policy covers Meok (studio4any.com/meok).
What we collect
- Your Google account's email address (and name and profile picture) — used to sign you in and attach your brand to your account.
- Site content — the public text, photos and menus we read from the link you give us.
- Photos, videos and PDFs you upload — the ones you add yourself, through Start with photos or by adding materials.
- What you tell Meok — your shop's description, tone, audience and edit requests, whatever you write or change.
- What Meok makes — text, images, designs, schedules, and what you approved or edited.
- Account details from channels you connect — if you connect TikTok, YouTube or Instagram yourself: that account's name (username or channel name), profile picture, account identifier, and the access token (the value that stands in for a sign-in) the channel hands us to connect. We store the access token on our server.
- Usage records — what we need to count the beta limits (1 brand, up to 50 posts a month, 20 images) and daily use.
- If you try Meok without signing in — a temporary session number made in your browser, and a hash of your IP address (a value that can't be turned back into the address), used to count daily use and prevent abuse.
- Server logs — the services that run our website and servers may keep records such as IP addresses and errors.
We don't collect national ID numbers, payment details or location. We don't collect the passwords of channels you connect either. You sign in on that channel's own screen (Instagram on Instagram, YouTube on Google, TikTok on TikTok), and Meok only stores the access token it gets back.
Why we use it
- To read your shop and write text, images and designs
- To sign you in and manage your account
- To show your beta usage, keep to the limits and prevent abuse
- To find and fix errors and keep the service running
- To post to a channel you connected — only when you press Post, we send that channel the text and photos or video. Meok never posts by itself.
We don't use it for advertising or sell it. We don't train AI models of our own on what you upload. The access token of a channel you connect is used only to post there and to show the connected account's name and picture, and what we receive from a connected channel is not used for advertising or sold.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your information while your account exists. To have it deleted, email studio4any@gmail.com. Once we've confirmed it's you, we delete your account together with the photos, text and brand information you gave us. If the law requires us to keep something for a period, we keep only that, apart from the rest, and delete it when the period ends. The access token and account details of a connected channel are kept only until you disconnect it or delete your account. Press ‘Disconnect’ in More → Accounts (or in Settings) and we delete the stored token, account name and profile picture right away. For Instagram you can also remove Meok in Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites. You can also ask us to delete what we received from a connected channel by writing to studio4any@gmail.com.
Services we use and where it's processed
We rely on the services below to run Meok. They may process information on servers outside Korea. We don't sell or pass your information on anywhere else.
- Supabase — sign-in, and storing your data and uploaded files
- Vercel — running the website and servers
- Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) — the AI that writes text and makes images and video. When we make posts, your site content, shop details and uploaded photos are sent there. We also use Google Search when researching a shop.
- Channels you connect (TikTok, YouTube from Google, Instagram from Meta) — only if you connect them yourself, and only when you press Post, the text and photos or video are passed to that channel. That channel's own privacy policy applies as well.
Today's trends come from the trends list Google publishes. None of your information is used in that request.
Who we share Google user data with
Meok receives two kinds of Google user data. (1) When you sign in with Google: your email address, name and profile picture. (2) If you connect YouTube yourself: the YouTube access token, your channel's name, profile picture and identifier, and the view, like and comment counts of videos you posted (the read-only YouTube scope, youtube.readonly). The upload scope (youtube.upload) is used only to upload a video when you press Post.
This data goes only to the recipients below. We don't share, transfer or disclose it to anyone else.
- Supabase — the database service that stores your sign-in details, the YouTube access token and the channel details. It holds them on our behalf and doesn't use them for its own purposes.
- Vercel — the service that runs our website and servers. The information passes through it while a request is handled.
- YouTube (Google) — when you press Post, the video you're uploading and its title and description are sent to your channel. To read view counts and the like, we call YouTube with your token.
- Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) — the numbers we read from YouTube, such as views, are used to show you your results. A short summary pattern drawn from those numbers (for example, which kind of post gets more reactions) may be included in the request that writes your Trends suggestions. We don't send your email address, profile picture, access token or video files there. What is sent is not used to train Meok's own AI models, and Google doesn't use requests it receives through Vertex AI to train its models.
Other than where a court order or the law requires it, we don't sell, share or transfer Google user data to any other third party. We don't use it for advertising (including personalized advertising and retargeting), we don't pass it to data brokers, and no person reads it except to keep it secure, to comply with the law, or to handle a request from you. We don't use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Meok's use of information received from Google APIs, and its transfer of that information to any other app, follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply to YouTube data. You can disconnect YouTube any time in Meok's More → Accounts; the stored token is deleted right away and the permission is revoked on Google's side. You can also remove Meok's access in your Google Account security settings. To ask for deletion, write to studio4any@gmail.com.
How we protect it
Your uploaded files sit in private storage and open only for your signed-in account. Data is encrypted in transit, and server access is limited to what's needed. No method on the internet is 100% safe, so if something goes wrong we'll tell you and act right away.
Cookies and storage
We use a cookie that keeps you signed in, and browser storage that remembers your theme, language and work in progress. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics tools. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, but you may be signed out.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to stop processing it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to studio4any@gmail.com and, once we've confirmed it's you, we'll handle it without delay.
Children
Meok isn't meant for children under 14. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 14, we delete its information.
When this changes
If anything changes, we'll say so on this page with the date. We'll give notice ahead of time for changes that count against you.

Meokがすること
Meokは、studio4anyが運営するサービスです。リンクや写真からお店を読み取り、SNS投稿をつくるために、どうしても必要な情報だけを受け取ります。このポリシーは、Meok（studio4any.com/meok）に適用されます。
受け取る情報
- Googleアカウントのメールアドレス（と名前・プロフィール写真） — ログインし、ブランドをアカウントに結びつけるために使います。
- サイトの内容 — 入力いただいたリンクから、公開されている文章、写真、メニューなどの内容を読み取ります。
- アップロードいただいた写真・動画・PDF — 写真から始める、または資料の追加で、ご自身でアップロードされたものです。
- Meokにお知らせいただいた内容 — お店の紹介、話し方、対象のお客さま、修正のご依頼など、ご自身で書いたり直したりされた内容です。
- つくられた結果 — 文章、画像、デザイン、予定、承認したり直したりされた記録です。
- 連携したチャンネルのアカウント情報 — TikTok、YouTube、Instagramをご自身で連携された場合、そのアカウントの名前（ユーザー名またはチャンネル名）、プロフィール写真、アカウント識別子、そして連携のためにそのチャンネルが発行するアクセストークン（ログイン権限にあたる値）です。アクセストークンはサーバーに保存します。
- 利用の記録 — ベータ期間の上限（ブランド1つ、月に最大50件の投稿、画像20枚）と、1日の利用回数を数えるために必要な記録です。
- ログインせずにお試しの場合 — ブラウザでつくる一時的なセッション番号と、悪用を防ぐためにIPアドレスをハッシュ（元に戻せない値）に変えたもので、1日の回数を数えます。
- サーバーの記録 — アクセス元のIPやエラーなどの記録を、ウェブサイトやサーバーを運営するサービスが運用上残すことがあります。
住民登録番号などの国民ID番号、支払い情報、位置情報は受け取りません。連携したチャンネルのパスワードも受け取りません。ログインはそのチャンネル（InstagramはInstagram、YouTubeはGoogle、TikTokはTikTok）の画面で行われ、Meokはその結果として受け取るアクセストークンだけを保存します。
情報を使う目的
- お店を読み取り、文章、画像、デザインをつくるとき
- ログインとアカウントの管理
- ベータの利用量をお知らせし、上限を守り、悪用を防ぐとき
- エラーを見つけて直し、サービスを安定して運営するとき
- ご自身で連携したチャンネルに投稿するとき — 投稿ボタンを押されたときに限り、そのチャンネルへ文章と写真・動画を送ります。Meokが自ら投稿することはありません。
広告に使ったり、ほかへ販売したりしません。アップロードいただいた内容で、Meokが自らAIモデルを学習させることもありません。連携したチャンネルのアクセストークンは、そのチャンネルへ投稿し、連携したアカウントの名前と写真をお見せするためだけに使います。連携したチャンネルから受け取った情報を、広告に使ったり販売したりすることはありません。
保管と削除
アカウントがある間は保管します。削除をご希望の場合は、studio4any@gmail.comまでお知らせください。ご本人確認ができ次第、アカウントとともに、アップロードいただいた写真、文章、ブランド情報を削除します。法令により一定期間保管しなければならない情報がある場合は、その期間に限って別に保管し、期間が終わったら削除します。連携したチャンネルのアクセストークンとアカウント情報は、連携を解除するか、アカウントを削除するまでの間だけ保管します。もっと見る → アカウント（または設定）で「連携を解除」を押すと、保存されたトークン、アカウント名、プロフィール写真をすぐに削除します。Instagramは、Instagramの設定 → アプリとウェブサイトからMeokを削除することもできます。連携したチャンネルから受け取った情報の削除のご依頼は、studio4any@gmail.comにお送りいただくこともできます。
委託先と海外での処理
サービスを運営するために、以下の委託先に業務を任せています。いずれも海外のサーバーで情報を処理することがあります。それ以外の先に、情報を販売したり渡したりすることはありません。
- Supabase — ログイン、データとアップロードいただいたファイルの保存
- Vercel — ウェブサイトとサーバーの運営
- Google Cloud Vertex AI（Gemini） — 文章、画像、動画をつくるAIです。投稿をつくるとき、サイトの内容、お店の情報、アップロードいただいた写真がここへ送られます。お店を調べるときは、Google検索も併せて使います。
- ご連携のチャンネル（TikTok、GoogleのYouTube、MetaのInstagram） — ご自身で連携された場合に限り、投稿ボタンを押されたときに、文章と写真・動画がそのチャンネルへ渡されます。そのチャンネルのプライバシーポリシーも合わせて適用されます。
今日のトレンドは、Googleが公開しているトレンド一覧を取得してお見せしています。この処理に、利用者の情報は使われません。
Googleユーザーデータを誰と共有するか
MeokがGoogleから受け取るユーザーデータは2種類です。① Googleでログインするときに受け取る、メールアドレス、名前、プロフィール写真。② ご自身でYouTubeを連携された場合の、YouTubeのアクセストークン、チャンネル名・プロフィール写真・チャンネル識別値、そしてご自身が投稿した動画の再生回数・高評価数・コメント数（YouTubeの読み取り権限 youtube.readonly）です。動画アップロードの権限（youtube.upload）は、投稿ボタンを押されたときに動画をアップロードするためだけに使います。
このデータは、以下の相手にのみ渡されます。それ以外の相手に共有、移転、開示することはありません。
- Supabase — ログイン情報、YouTubeのアクセストークン、チャンネル情報を保存するデータベースサービスです。Meokに代わって保管するだけで、自社の目的には使いません。
- Vercel — ウェブサイトとサーバーを運営するサービスです。リクエストを処理している間、情報がここを通ります。
- YouTube（Google） — 投稿ボタンを押されたときに、アップロードする動画とタイトル・説明が、ご自身のチャンネルへ送られます。再生回数などを読み取るために、お客様のトークンでYouTubeにリクエストします。
- Google Cloud Vertex AI（Gemini） — YouTubeから受け取った再生回数などの数字は、画面でお見せするために使います。その数字から導いた「どんな投稿が反応を得やすいか」といった要約の傾向は、今日のトレンドの提案を書くリクエストに含まれることがあります。メールアドレス、プロフィール写真、アクセストークン、動画ファイルは送りません。送った内容をMeok自身のAIモデルの学習に使うことはなく、GoogleもVertex AIで受け取ったリクエストをモデルの学習に使いません。
裁判所の命令や法令で求められる場合を除き、Googleユーザーデータを他の第三者に販売、共有、移転することはありません。広告（パーソナライズ広告やリターゲティングを含む）には使わず、データブローカーにも渡さず、セキュリティの確保、法令の遵守、ご本人からのご依頼の対応のため以外に、人が内容を確認することもありません。汎用のAI・機械学習モデルの学習にGoogleユーザーデータを使うこともありません。
MeokによるGoogle APIから受け取った情報の利用と、他のアプリへの移転は、Limited Useの要件を含む、Google APIサービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーに従います。YouTubeのデータには、YouTube API Services Terms of ServiceとGoogle Privacy Policyも適用されます。YouTubeの連携は、いつでもMeokのもっと見る → アカウントで解除でき、解除すると保存されたトークンはすぐに削除され、Google側の権限も取り消されます。Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定からMeokのアクセスを取り消すこともできます。削除のご依頼はstudio4any@gmail.comまでお送りください。
安全に守るために
アップロードいただいたファイルは非公開のストレージに置き、ログインしたご本人のアカウントからのみ開けます。通信は暗号化され、サーバーへのアクセスは必要なところに限っています。ただし、インターネットに100%安全な方法はないため、問題が起きたときはお知らせし、すぐに対応します。
Cookieとストレージ
ログイン状態を保つCookieと、画面のテーマ・言語・作業中の状態を覚えておくブラウザのストレージを使います。広告用の追跡Cookieや分析ツールは使いません。ブラウザの設定で削除またはブロックできますが、ログインが解除されることがあります。
利用者の権利
ご自身の情報の閲覧、訂正、削除、処理の停止を求めることができ、同意もいつでも撤回できます。studio4any@gmail.comまでお送りいただければ、ご本人確認のうえ、遅滞なく対応します。
お子さま
Meokは、14歳未満のお子さま向けのサービスではありません。14歳未満であることがわかった場合は、そのアカウントの情報を削除します。
変更するとき
内容が変わるときは、このページに日付とともにお知らせします。利用者に不利になる変更は、事前にお知らせします。

meok 的工作
meok 是由 studio4any 營運的服務。我們會透過連結或照片讀取您的店家並製作社群貼文，只蒐集絕對必要的資訊。本政策適用於 meok（studio4any.com/meok）。
我們蒐集的資訊
- Google 帳號的電子郵件地址（以及姓名與大頭貼） — 用於登入，並將品牌與您的帳號連結。
- 網站內容 — 從您輸入的連結中，讀取已公開的文字、照片、菜單等內容。
- 您上傳的照片、影片與 PDF — 指您透過「以照片開始」或新增資料，親自上傳的檔案。
- 您告訴 meok 的內容 — 如店家介紹、說話風格、目標客群與修改要求等，您親自撰寫或修改的內容。
- 製作出的成果 — 文字、圖片、設計、排程，以及您核准或修改的紀錄。
- 所連結頻道的帳號資訊 — 若您自行連結 TikTok、YouTube 或 Instagram：該帳號的名稱（使用者名稱或頻道名稱）、大頭貼、帳號識別碼，以及該頻道為了連結而核發的存取權杖（相當於登入權限的值）。存取權杖會儲存在我們的伺服器上。
- 使用紀錄 — 計算測試版額度（1 個品牌、每月最多 50 則貼文、20 張圖片）與每日使用次數所需的紀錄。
- 未登入試用時 — 在瀏覽器中產生的臨時工作階段編號，以及為防止濫用而將 IP 位址轉換為雜湊值（無法還原的值），用來計算每日次數。
- 伺服器紀錄 — 營運網站與伺服器的服務，可能基於營運需要留下連線 IP 或錯誤等紀錄。
我們不會蒐集住民登錄號碼等國民身分識別號碼、付款資訊或位置資訊。我們也不會蒐集您所連結頻道的密碼。登入是在該頻道自己的畫面上進行（Instagram 在 Instagram、YouTube 在 Google、TikTok 在 TikTok），meok 只會儲存由此取得的存取權杖。
使用資訊的目的
- 讀取您的店家，並製作文字、圖片與設計時
- 登入與帳號管理
- 告知測試版的使用量、遵守額度並防止濫用時
- 找出並修正錯誤，讓服務穩定運作時
- 發布到您所連結的頻道時 — 僅在您按下發布時，才會將文字與照片、影片傳送到該頻道。meok 不會自行發布。
我們不會將資訊用於廣告，也不會販售給他人。meok 也不會用您上傳的內容自行訓練 AI 模型。您所連結頻道的存取權杖，只用於發布到該頻道，以及顯示所連結帳號的名稱與大頭貼；從所連結頻道取得的資訊，不會用於廣告，也不會販售。
保存與刪除
在帳號存續期間，我們會保存您的資訊。若您希望刪除，請來信至 studio4any@gmail.com。確認為您本人後，我們會連同帳號，一併刪除您上傳的照片、文字與品牌資訊。若依法令必須保存某些資訊一段時間，我們只會在該期間內將其另行保存，期間結束後即刪除。所連結頻道的存取權杖與帳號資訊，只會保存到您取消連結或刪除帳號為止。在「更多 → 帳號連結」（或設定）中按下「取消連結」，我們會立即刪除已儲存的權杖、帳號名稱與大頭貼。Instagram 也可以在 Instagram 設定 → 應用程式和網站中移除 meok。若要求刪除從所連結頻道取得的資訊，也可以來信至 studio4any@gmail.com。
委託對象與境外處理
為了營運服務，我們將工作委託給以下對象。這些對象都可能在海外的伺服器上處理資訊。除此之外，我們不會將資訊販售或提供給其他任何對象。
- Supabase — 登入，以及儲存資料與您上傳的檔案
- Vercel — 營運網站與伺服器
- Google Cloud Vertex AI（Gemini） — 製作文字、圖片與影片的 AI。製作貼文時，網站內容、店家資訊與您上傳的照片會傳送到這裡。研究店家時，我們也會一併使用 Google 搜尋。
- 您所連結的頻道（TikTok、Google 的 YouTube、Meta 的 Instagram） — 僅在您自行連結、且按下發布時，才會將文字與照片、影片傳送到該頻道。該頻道自己的隱私權政策也同時適用。
今日趨勢是取得 Google 公開的趨勢清單後顯示給您。這個過程不會使用任何使用者的資訊。
我們與誰分享 Google 使用者資料
meok 從 Google 取得的使用者資料有兩種。① 以 Google 登入時取得的電子郵件地址、姓名與大頭貼。② 若您自行連結 YouTube：YouTube 存取權杖、頻道名稱、大頭貼與頻道識別值，以及您自己發布影片的觀看次數、讚數與留言數（YouTube 唯讀權限 youtube.readonly）。影片上傳權限（youtube.upload）只用於在您按下發布時上傳影片。
這些資料只會傳給以下對象。除此之外，我們不會分享、傳輸或揭露給任何其他對象。
- Supabase — 儲存登入資訊、YouTube 存取權杖與頻道資訊的資料庫服務。它只是代 meok 保管，不會用於自己的目的。
- Vercel — 營運網站與伺服器的服務。處理請求期間，資訊會經過這裡。
- YouTube（Google） — 在您按下發布時，要上傳的影片與標題、說明會傳送到您自己的頻道。為了讀取觀看次數等數字，我們會用您的權杖向 YouTube 發出請求。
- Google Cloud Vertex AI（Gemini） — 從 YouTube 取得的觀看次數等數字，是用來顯示給您看的。從這些數字歸納出的摘要趨勢（例如哪一類貼文比較容易得到回應），可能會包含在撰寫今日趨勢建議的請求中。我們不會傳送您的電子郵件地址、大頭貼、存取權杖或影片檔案。傳送的內容不會用來訓練 meok 自己的 AI 模型，Google 也不會把透過 Vertex AI 收到的請求用於訓練其模型。
除非法院命令或法令要求，我們不會把 Google 使用者資料販售、分享或傳輸給其他任何第三方。我們不會將其用於廣告（包括個人化廣告與再行銷），不會提供給資料掮客，除了為確保安全、遵守法令或處理您本人的請求之外，也不會有人查看其內容。我們不會用 Google 使用者資料來訓練通用的 AI 或機器學習模型。
meok 對從 Google API 取得之資訊的使用，以及將該資訊傳輸給其他應用程式，皆遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括其Limited Use規定。YouTube 資料另適用 YouTube API Services Terms of Service與 Google Privacy Policy。您隨時可在 meok 的「更多 → 帳號連結」中取消 YouTube 連結；取消後，已儲存的權杖會立即刪除，Google 端的授權也會撤銷。您也可以在 Google 帳戶的安全性設定中撤銷 meok 的存取權。若要求刪除，請來信至 studio4any@gmail.com。
為了安全地保護資訊
您上傳的檔案存放在非公開的儲存空間，只有登入的您本人帳號才能開啟。傳輸過程經過加密，伺服器的存取也僅限於必要的對象。不過，網路上沒有百分之百安全的方法，因此若發生問題，我們會通知您並立即處理。
Cookie 與儲存空間
我們使用維持登入狀態的 Cookie，以及記住畫面佈景主題、語言與進行中作業狀態的瀏覽器儲存空間。我們不使用廣告追蹤 Cookie，也不使用分析工具。您可以在瀏覽器設定中清除或封鎖它們，但可能會因此被登出。
使用者的權利
您可以要求查閱、更正、刪除自己的資訊，或要求停止處理，也可以隨時撤回同意。請來信至 studio4any@gmail.com，確認為您本人後，我們會不延遲地處理。
兒童
meok 並非為未滿 14 歲的兒童所設計的服務。若得知使用者未滿 14 歲，我們會刪除該帳號的資訊。
內容變更時
內容有所變更時，我們會在本頁面標示日期並加以公告。對使用者不利的變更，我們會事先通知。
