Terms
The service
Meok is run by studio4any. It reads your shop from a link or photos and writes social posts (text, images and designs) for you. It's in beta, so features may change or pause. Auto-posting and analytics open one by one during the beta. These terms apply to everyone who uses Meok.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Please look after your account yourself. We treat what happens through your account as yours, so tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. You must be 14 or older.
Free beta
It's free during the beta. You can use 1 brand, up to 50 posts a month and 20 images, and fewer per day if you try Meok without signing in. We'll tell you the pricing before we launch, and if you don't agree you can leave before it starts.
What you upload
The photos and text you upload stay yours. You allow us to use them only as far as needed to make and show your posts. You must have the rights to what you upload, so please don't upload anything that infringes someone else's work, likeness, trademark or other rights.
Text and images we write
The text and images are made by AI and may contain mistakes. We're built not to write prices or dates that haven't been confirmed, but checking before you post is your job. You can use what we write freely on your shop's social accounts. Others may get similar results, so we don't promise exclusive rights.
Outside channels
Connecting to and posting on channels like Instagram, Threads, Facebook and Bluesky follows each platform's own terms and review. We only suggest following, liking and commenting; a person presses the button. We can't control what happens when a platform changes its policy or limits an account.
Please don't
Please don't use Meok for anything unlawful, infringe other people's rights, make content meant to deceive or harm, disrupt the service (including getting past the limits by automation), or resell or copy it. If something breaks these rules we'll tell you first, but we may pause your use right away if it's urgent.
Our rights
The software, design, logo and name of Meok belong to studio4any. They're separate from your content.
If the service changes or ends
We may change, pause or end features. For big changes or an ending we'll tell you ahead of time and give you time to download or delete your content.
Limits of responsibility
The beta is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for harm caused by outages or errors may be limited. This doesn't apply to harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow a limit. What happens when you post AI-written content without checking it is on you.
Leaving
You can stop anytime. To have your account and uploads deleted, email studio4any@gmail.com. Personal information is deleted as the Privacy policy describes.
If these terms change
If they change, we'll say so on this page with the date. We'll give notice ahead of time for changes that count against you, and using Meok after the change means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute comes up we'll first try to settle it by talking, and if that fails it goes to the court the law gives jurisdiction.

利用規約
サービス
Meokは、studio4anyが運営する、リンクや写真からお店を読み取り、SNS投稿（文章、画像、デザイン）をつくるサービスです。現在はベータ版のため、機能が変わったり、一時的に止まったりすることがあります。自動投稿と分析は、ベータ期間中に順次開放します。この規約は、Meokをお使いのすべての方に適用されます。
アカウント
Googleアカウントでログインします。アカウントはご自身で管理してください。アカウントで起きたことは、利用者ご本人のこととみなします。不正に使われている疑いがある場合は、すぐにお知らせください。14歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。
無料ベータ
ベータ期間中は無料です。ブランド1つ、月に最大50件の投稿、画像20枚までお使いいただけます。ログインせずにお試しの場合は、1日あたりの回数がさらに少なくなります。正式な料金は、公開前に先にお知らせします。同意いただけない場合は、料金が始まる前にやめることができます。
アップロードいただいた内容
アップロードいただいた写真や文章は、そのまま利用者のものです。投稿をつくり、お見せするために必要な範囲に限って使うことを、許可してください。アップロードする内容についての権利は利用者にあることが必要です。他の人の著作物、肖像、商標などの権利を侵害する内容は、アップロードしないでください。
つくった文章と画像
文章と画像はAIがつくるため、誤りが含まれることがあります。確認できていない価格や日付は書かないようにつくりますが、投稿する前に一度確認することは利用者の役目です。つくった文章と画像は、お店のSNSで自由にお使いいただけます。他の利用者にも似た結果が出ることがあるため、独占的な権利をお約束するものではありません。
外部チャンネル
Instagram、Threads、Facebook、Blueskyなどのチャンネルとの接続や投稿は、各プラットフォームの規約と審査に従います。フォロー、いいね、コメントは提案のみを行い、押すのは利用者です。プラットフォームの方針変更やアカウントの制限によって起きたことは、Meokでは決められません。
お守りください
違法な目的で使うこと、他の人の権利を侵害すること、人をだましたり傷つけたりする内容をつくること、サービスを妨げること（自動化によって上限を超えることを含みます）、サービスを転売したり複製したりすることは、おやめください。守られない場合は、まずお知らせします。急を要するときは、ご利用をすぐに止めることがあります。
Meokの権利
Meokのソフトウェア、デザイン、ロゴ、名称に関する権利は、studio4anyにあります。利用者の内容とは別のものです。
サービスが変わるとき、終わるとき
機能を変えたり、止めたり、終了したりすることがあります。大きな変更や終了は事前にお知らせし、利用者がダウンロードしたり削除したりする時間をご用意します。
責任の範囲
ベータ版のサービスは、現状のまま提供されます。サービスの停止やエラーによって生じた損害については、法律が認める範囲で責任が制限されることがあります。ただし、故意または重大な過失によって生じた損害と、法律が制限を認めていない場合は例外です。AIがつくった内容を確認せずに投稿して起きたことは、利用者の責任です。
やめるとき
いつでもやめることができます。アカウントとアップロードいただいた内容の削除をご希望の場合は、studio4any@gmail.comまでお知らせください。個人情報は、プライバシーポリシーに従って削除します。
規約が変わるとき
規約が変わるときは、このページに日付とともにお知らせします。利用者に不利になる変更は事前にお知らせします。変更後も引き続きお使いいただいた場合は、同意されたものとみなします。
準拠法と紛争
この規約は、大韓民国の法律に従います。紛争が生じた場合は、まず話し合いで解決を図り、それができないときは、法律が定める管轄裁判所で扱います。

服務內容
meok 是由 studio4any 營運的服務，透過連結或照片讀取您的店家，並為您製作社群貼文（文字、圖片與設計）。目前為測試版，功能可能會變動或暫時停止。自動發布與分析會在測試版期間陸續開放。本條款適用於所有使用 meok 的人。
帳號
您以 Google 帳號登入。請自行妥善管理您的帳號。透過帳號發生的事，我們視為使用者本人的行為；若懷疑帳號遭人盜用，請立即告知我們。未滿 14 歲者不得使用。
免費測試版
測試版期間免費。您可以使用 1 個品牌、每月最多 50 則貼文與 20 張圖片；未登入試用時，每日可用次數會更少。正式價格會在上線前先告知您；若您不同意，可以在開始收費前停止使用。
您上傳的內容
您上傳的照片與文字，仍然是您的。請您允許我們，僅在製作與呈現貼文所必要的範圍內使用這些內容。您必須對上傳的內容擁有相關權利，請勿上傳侵害他人著作、肖像、商標等權利的內容。
製作出的文字與圖片
文字與圖片由 AI 製作，可能含有錯誤。我們會設法不寫入未經確認的價格或日期，但發布前自行確認一次，是使用者的責任。製作出的文字與圖片，您可以自由用於店家的社群帳號。其他使用者也可能得到相似的結果，因此我們不承諾提供專屬權利。
外部頻道
與 Instagram、Threads、Facebook、Bluesky 等頻道的連結與發布，須依各平台的條款與審核規定。追蹤、按讚與留言，我們只提出建議，實際按下的是使用者。因平台政策變更或帳號受到限制所發生的事，並非 meok 所能決定。
請您遵守
請勿將服務用於違法用途、侵害他人權利、製作欺騙或傷害他人的內容、妨礙服務運作（包括以自動化方式超出額度），或轉售、複製本服務。若有違反，我們會先通知您；情況緊急時，也可能立即停止您的使用。
meok 的權利
meok 的軟體、設計、標誌與名稱的相關權利，歸 studio4any 所有，與使用者的內容無關。
服務變更或結束時
我們可能會變更、暫停或結束某些功能。重大變更或結束服務時，我們會事先通知，並讓使用者有時間下載或刪除自己的內容。
責任範圍
測試版服務依現況提供。因服務中斷或錯誤所造成的損害，在法律允許的範圍內，我們的責任可能受到限制。但因故意或重大過失所造成的損害，以及法律不允許限制的情形，不在此限。未經確認就發布 AI 製作的內容而發生的事，由使用者自行負責。
停止使用
您可以隨時停止使用。若希望刪除帳號與您上傳的內容，請來信至 studio4any@gmail.com。個人資訊會依隱私權政策刪除。
條款變更時
條款有所變更時，我們會在本頁面標示日期並加以公告。對使用者不利的變更，我們會事先通知；變更後您若繼續使用，即視為同意。
準據法與爭議
本條款依大韓民國法律解釋適用。若發生爭議，我們會先嘗試以溝通解決；若無法解決，則由法律規定有管轄權的法院處理。
